How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.
Where do you ship?
The United States only.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM America/New_York time are processed the same business day. Orders are then prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days — 6–11 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking number from gbclothingshop.com when your order ships. Orders are carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email support@gbclothingshop.com with your order number before sending anything back.
Who pays return shipping?
For a change of mind, you do. If the item is defective, incorrect or damaged, we do.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. There is no restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and approved. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

What sizes do the ties come in?
Each tie lists its own width and length on its product page. Our Size Guide lists every size we sell.
What are the ties made of, and where are they made?
Our ties are handmade in New York City from silk and silk blends woven in Italy. Most are 100% silk; a few styles blend silk with cotton or linen. The exact composition and the weave — silk, grenadine, mogador, satin or knit — are listed on each product page.
Is everything in stock?
Yes. Every item listed is in stock before it is published.
Orders and contact
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only before the order is handed to the carrier. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
