Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; orders placed after 2 PM Eastern count from the next business day. Transit takes 4–8 business days after that.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return a tie in unworn, original condition. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How do I start a return?

Email support@gbclothingshop.com with your order number. We respond within 5 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Where are the ties made?

Each product page lists the fabric and provenance for that tie — you will find it in the description, right where you would expect it.

What sizes do ties come in?

Most of our ties come in five width-and-length combinations, from Narrow (2 3/4" width, 54" length) to Classic (3 1/2" width, 66" length). See the Size Guide for the full table and how to choose.
