Shipping policy

1. Order processing time

GB Clothing Lakewood sells and ships these neckties itself from its store at 700 Cedarbridge Ave #3, Lakewood, NJ 08701, United States. Every item is in stock before it is listed.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM America/New_York time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

Once processed, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

2. Delivery time

After an order ships, delivery within the United States takes 5–8 business days.

Total time from order to delivery is therefore 1–3 business days of processing plus 5–8 business days in transit — 6–11 business days in total.

3. Rates

Free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

We ship to the United States only. We do not currently ship to other countries, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).

4. Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. That email is sent from gbclothingshop.com.

Orders are carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier for a given order is chosen when it ships.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order being processed, contact us at support@gbclothingshop.com.

5. Address changes and undeliverable packages

We can change a shipping address only before the order has been handed to the carrier. Email support@gbclothingshop.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — a wrong or incomplete address, or a package unclaimed at the carrier — we will contact you at the email address on the order. You may choose a reshipment to a corrected address at no additional shipping cost, or a full refund to the original payment method.
