1. These terms

These terms apply to gbclothingshop.com, operated by GB Clothing Lakewood, 700 Cedarbridge Ave #3, Lakewood, NJ 08701. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and pricing

We sell neckties. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.

We try to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colours can differ between screens, and a small variation between the photograph and the item you receive is not a defect.

Every item listed is in stock. If an item nevertheless becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a price or description was obviously wrong. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates and regions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 30-day return window are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images and layout of this store belong to GB Clothing Lakewood or are used with permission. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
