Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Uptown Express online store and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions as provided on each product page. Prices are listed in US dollars. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed under a clearly erroneous price; if that happens you will be notified and fully refunded before anything ships.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We may cancel orders that our systems flag as fraudulent.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (free standard shipping, US only, 1–3 business days processing, 4–8 business days transit). Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, return shipping paid by the customer).

Intellectual property

The content of this store — text, product photography, and branding — belongs to Uptown Express and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
