Refund policy
1. Window and conditions
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted, an item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the condition it arrived in.
2. How to start a return
Email support@gbclothingshop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return and give you the return address before you ship anything back.

Please do not send a return before contacting us — unannounced returns can be delayed in processing.
3. Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We process refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit on your statement.
4. Return shipping costs and restocking fee
For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping.
If the item is defective, incorrect or damaged, we pay the return shipping.
There is no restocking fee.
5. If something goes wrong
Three situations are always our responsibility, and in each one we pay the return shipping:
- Your order never arrived. Contact us and we will trace the shipment with the carrier. If it cannot be located, you choose a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
- Your order arrived damaged. Email us photographs of the item and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. You choose a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
- The wrong item was shipped. Contact us and we will send the correct item at no cost and arrange return of the incorrect one, or issue a full refund.
Defective, incorrect and damaged items are always returnable and always refundable or replaceable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@gbclothingshop.com.
